At Pranjal Cables, we are committed to providing quality wires and cables to our customers. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, we are here to help.
Returns & Replacement
Products may be eligible for return or replacement if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The wrong product or specification was delivered.
- The product received is different from the product ordered.
- The product is unused and remains in its original condition and packaging.
- A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
For any return or replacement request, customers may be required to provide the order number, invoice, photographs, or a short video showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-cut or customized wires and cables prepared according to the customer’s requirements.
- Products that have been used, installed, cut, altered, or modified after delivery.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or storage.
- Products returned without original packaging, where applicable.
Products damaged after successful delivery due to reasons not attributable to Pranjal Cables.
Return Process
To request a return or replacement:
1. Contact Pranjal Cables within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number/invoice and details of the issue.
3. Share photographs or videos of the product if requested.
4. Our team will review the request.
5. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
The product may be inspected after it is received. A refund or replacement will be processed only after the returned product is verified and the request is approved.
Damaged Products
Please inspect the package and product when you receive your order.
If the product appears damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs or video evidence of the package and product.
Where the damage is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery, Pranjal Cables may arrange a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed to the original payment method, wherever possible.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway, or other payment service provider.
Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error, defective product, or incorrect product supplied by Pranjal Cables.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your approved refund has not been received:
- Check your bank account or UPI/card statement.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.
- Allow the applicable processing time for the payment method.
- If the refund is still not received, contact Pranjal Cables for assistance.
Exchanges
We may provide a replacement when the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Replacement is subject to product availability and verification of the reported issue.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is caused by a wrong product, manufacturing defect, or damage attributable to Pranjal Cables, we may bear the applicable return shipping cost.
For returns caused by reasons not attributable to Pranjal Cables, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the status of the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.
Customized or specially prepared products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or processing has started.
